Bursting with fresh citrus notes, sweet hibiscus, punchy pink peppercorns and buttery avocado. This luxurious, velvety gin provides a refreshing explosion of fresh zingy flavours. Made in Devon, using a traditional London Dry method to make the base gin which is then blended with individually distilled Avocados and Limes

"I absolutely love a glass of this as a treat, it really is luxury in a glass. It is just an absolute delight to drink simply with a light tonic and a slice of lime.  Not every palate can pick up on the subtle earthy tone of the avocado but for me it's where the avocado pushes through the hibiscus and pink peppercorns with that amazing soft creamy/buttery flavour rinsed through the wash of fresh lime that leaves such a great finish in the mouth.  Add a light Fevertree tonic to make it the one of the best ever G&Ts".

"When the 'boss' first suggested this I thought she'd truly lost her mind, however as always she was right and despite my early protests, I'm super pleased with the final product although it does take a bit of concentration when I'm blending the final balance"

A classic G&T served simply with a light Fevertree tonic and a slice of lime

With and Elderflower tonic to compliment the hibiscus and a slice of lime
