About:

Exeter Gin 44% abv is a classic Juniper rich gin made in small batches using the traditional London Dry distilling method in our copper alembic still, 'Isabelle' named after our much loved Granddaughter.  

A carefully curated blend of 16 of the finest botanicals, many inspired by the Romans with ingredients such as tarragon, basil, cardamon and marigold which combine beautifully with finishing notes of cinnamon and orange. A robust yet smooth finish offering a refined, sophisticated profile that reflects the spirit of Exeter and its rich heritage with a definite nod to the Romans who introduced us to so many of today's tastes and flavours.

"This is what I refer to as my contemplating gin.  At the end of a perplexing day there’s nothing nicer than to hold our stemless glass, filled with a little ice, a Mediterranean Tonic and a slice of Orange garnish and to roll it around in the palm of my hand whilst contemplating my next steps".

Serving suggestions:

The hints of Orange & Cinnamon make it perfect for a classic Negroni cocktail

For a classic G&T, serve with plenty of ice, a Mediterranean Tonic & either orange peel or a slice of orange 

Alternatively garnish with a stick of cinnamon, a sprig of tarragon or some Italian basil to really bring the botanicals to the forefront of your palette.
