About

Our 57% abv Navy Strength version of Granny Garbutt’s Gin.  Distilled using the traditional London Dry method in small batches filled with flavour tones from moorland botanicals such as gorse flower, heather & blackberries.  The intense juniper rich flavours flow through this delicious gin bringing the intensity of sweet Hibiscus & Dartmoor Wildflower Honey to the palate. As a navy strength gin, this is all about flavour as navy gins are less diluted therefore retaining more taste sensation to experience along with a wonderful smooth finish from the beautiful juniper oils.

A well balanced gin combining intense fruitiness of blackberries and grapefruit along with a hint of wildflower honey and many more fruit and floral notes to this fabulous combination of botanicals to sit back and enjoy while the sun goes down over the moorlands or in your own special place

Blackberries, gorse, heather, lavender are foraged when in season as a family day out with our daughters springer spaniel Max in tow bringing back memories of wonderful days on the moorlands with my grandparents and the whole mix of family.

"This drink is so special and we enjoy nothing more than to sit on the back beach outside the Ship Inn in Teignmouth where the views are spectacular and has now become a favourite with the local community.  When Granny had a few drinks she was renowned to be a bit of a handful for Grandad, so we have had a bit of payback in his memory with this glorious gin. Like revenge, definitely "a drink best served cold" in a tumbler over ice with a slice of grapefruit and a regular Fevertree Tonic does it for me!"
