Why is London Dry Gin called "Dry"? It’s thanks to its traditional distilling process which gives it its unique flavour profile and aroma. Traditional London Dry Gin distillation methods involve using a copper still which helps to extract essential oils and aromas from the botanicals while also helping to remove any impurities in the alcohol that could affect its flavour profile or quality.
